Update: We will remain closed until Monday, December 26th due to the threat of severe weather.
Hello all! I just wanted to give everyone a little update as we head into the Holiday Break and New Year. If you missed it, we kicked off our season last weekend with some great snow and tons of smiles and high fives! Thanks to everyone who came out and made it our most memorable opening in years!
As we move into the holiday week, we’re looking at a little warm up tomorrow, followed by more cold and plenty of lake effect in the forecast. At the moment, we plan to open this Saturday from 9am-3pm with all lifts and trails open! We will be closed on Christmas, and open every day from 9am-4pm starting Monday 12/26. Holiday pricing will be in effect through January 1. Normal peak season hours will begin Wednesday 1/4, with night skiing scheduled to begin that week.
We have had a few questions about the Free Ski Food Drive, which will not be held on Christmas Eve this year. Instead, keep an eye out for our annual food drive for free lift tickets during February Break!
We will continue to blow snow on the 4 main runs to build a base, prepare for races, and get our terrain parks rolling. In the meantime, we’ll have a pop up park with a handful of smaller features to get your freestyle skills tuned up.
Tavern230 will be open with an early season food menu and full bar. We’ve even tapped the first keg of Snow Ridge Winter Lager for the season! Be sure to swing in for lunch or aprés.
Gift cards and merch are still available for some last minute holiday gifts in the all new gift shop, located in the old office building! We’re still processing Season Passes there as well, so be sure to stop in to grab your pass and check out the expanded retail offerings!
I hope to see everyone on the slopes and wish you and yours a very happy holiday season!
