As we find ourselves nearing the end of a very different kind of Summer, we can’t help but look forward to a snowy winter at the Ridge. Certainly, some things are going to be different this upcoming season. The Wax House will likely be set up to accommodate social distancing, the Tavern may be operating at a reduced capacity, and further health and safety precautions will be set in place.
One thing remains certain, however, skiing and snowboarding are undoubtedly two of the safest activities that we could partake in during these crazy times. As we await some more direction from state and local authorities for our winter operations, we wanted to reach out to assure our loyal pass holders that your purchase is and will be protected by our Season Pass Assurance program.
Snow Ridge Season Pass Assurance guarantees that if you cannot use your pass this winter for any medical reason, it will be transferred to the ’21-’22 season. Likewise, if Snow Ridge does not open, is forced to close, or stay at home orders are enacted, your pass will transfer to the next season. These transfers will be made at a prorated rate according to the total number of days of operation this winter.
We remain very confident that this winter at the Ridge will be one for the record books, but we know that times remain uncertain. We hope that these assurances will give you confidence in your purchase and you can begin to look forward to another incredible winter of skiing and riding!
If there is a silver lining to our summer of cancelled events and social distance, it’s certainly that we’ve been able to get a lot done around the resort! New paint continues to go up weekly, a facelift to the Snowy Meadows bathrooms, a new electric drive going into the Ridge Runner lift, the brand new Tavern230 Après Patio, and so many more projects have been completed this off-season. We continue to get more done every day as we push forward to the winter months.
Season Passes are on sale now with the first sale deadline coming up on October 1st. Grab yours today to save some money and lock yourself in for a great winter of riding, with that added Season Pass Assurance to keep your mind at ease! We look forward to seeing everyone in only a few month’s time, but until then, stay safe, stay healthy, and watch out for one another. Thank you!
