Huck (verb): to hurl oneself in a most righteous manner through the air or across a metal surface
Introducing an all new freestyle event at the Ridge, it’s the post-season Hike ‘n Huck! We’re taking all the snow from the bottom of the park and building up a beautiful money booter with a couple jib options on either side of the deck. The mountain will be closed, but the park will be going off!
$10 gets you into the 3 hour session complete with prizes and giveaways, lunch off the grill, and an epic ending to your ’16-’17 park season. Helmets are mandatory and parental signature is required for all participants under 18 years of age.
If you’ve called it quits for the season or just don’t ride park, come watch the show! Admission is free for spectators, burgers and dogs will be on the grill, and we’ll have the music pumping all day!
The chair lift will NOT be running, participants will be hiking for their hits. This will be a fair weather event only, which is why it has been moved from Saturday to Sunday, the weather should be prime!
