You’ll run solo against the field in the TMD 5K Individual Heat to see who ends up on top! While this heat does offer prizes for the top finishers\, it can also be run just for fun. All individuals who do not plan to run with a team should sign up for this Heat.\n​TMD Team Run Heats: Teamwork and fun are the name of the game here. DESCRIPTION:**TOURNAMENT POSTPONED. NEW DATE OCT. 5th** \nThe Snow Ridge Scholarship Golf Classic is back and better than ever this summer! This event is a fundraiser for our Snow Ridge Scholarship Fund\, which aims to award two scholarships in the Fall of 2024. One winner will be a Snow Ridge employee who is a high school senior or college student. The other winner will be a local high school senior who has an interest in a career in the outdoor recreation or hospitality fields. Help us award these students with a boost into their future careers! \nBeing hosted this year at the Woodgate Pines Golf Course in Boonville\, NY\, the Snow Ridge Scholarship Classic is a golf tournament like you’ve never seen before. Teams of four will play a captain and crew format\, with a game or challenge on ALL 18 holes! A number of these games will include a prize for the winner\, while others will help to even the field in the form of fun\, whacky challenges. Have you ever teed off in ski boots? Tried to putt with a ski? Won a SHORT drive contest? These are all some of the things you’ll find at the inaugural Scholarship Classic! \nThe tournament will take place on Saturday\, October 5th. Registration begins at 8am\, shotgun start at 9am\, happy hour from 2pm-3pm\, and dinner and awards at 3pm! Registration is $320 per four person team and includes 18 holes of golf\, cart\, lite lunch\, dinner\, games\, raffle\, and 4 buy one get one free Snow Ridge lift tickets per team! We’ll be clearing a gladed trail from Rockin’ Robin\, down to the lower\, open section of Pocket Knife. \nFor the bike trails\, we’ll continue working across the top of the hill to connect the uphill climb trail with the downhill trail that will be built next spring. Finishing this upper XC connecting trail will put us at about 70% completion\, putting us in good shape for opening early next summer! These trails will be free to ride and their construction depends on volunteer hands. The more people we have to help\, the sooner they’ll be able to open! \nAs always\, lunch and drinks are on us after a few good hours of work. We’ll meet in the parking lot at 10AM. Useful tools to bring include shears\, loppers\, hand saws\, machetes\, and anything else used to clear brush.

This event is a fundraiser for our Snow Ridge Scholarship Fund\, which aims to award two scholarships in the Spring of 2023. One winner will be a Snow Ridge employee who is a high school senior or college student. The other winner will be a South Lewis senior who has an interest in a career in the outdoor recreation or hospitality fields. Help us award these students with a boost into their future careers! \nThe Snow Ridge Scholarship Classic is a golf tournament like you’ve never seen before. Teams of four will play a captain and crew format\, with a game or challenge on ALL 18 holes! A number of these games will include a prize for the winner\, while others will help to even the field in the form of fun\, whacky challenges. Have you ever teed off in ski boots? Tried to putt with a ski? Won a SHORT drive contest? These are all some of the things you’ll find at the inaugural Scholarship Classic! \nThe tournament will take place on Saturday\, September 10th. Registration and breakfast begin at 9am\, shotgun start at 10am\, cocktail hour at Ledges from 3pm-4pm\, and dinner and awards at Tavern230 from 4pm-6pm! DESCRIPTION:The TugMudDare at Snow Ridge Resort in Turin\, NY is the premier Adventure Run in the Tug Hill-Adirondack Region! The 5K course wanders throughout the ski area\, across ridge lines\, through streams\, and up and down hills as it covers roughly 2000 vertical feet. This unique course will challenge you unlike any other\, while also providing countless smiles\, laughs and high fives. There are a few options for participating in the TugMudDare Adventure Run: SOLO\, as a TEAM\, or JUNIOR. \n​INDIVIDUAL: This one is simple\, it’s a race to the finish line with bragging rights\, medals\, and prizes on the line for the top three female and male finishers. You’ll run solo against the field in the competitive heat to see who is King of the Hill! As always\, all obstacles are optional. However\, in order to post a valid time in this heat\, all obstacles must be completed by the racer. \n​TEAM: Teamwork and fun are the name of the game here. You’ll work together with your teammates to finish the TugMudDare course! There is no minimum or maximum team size\, so grab some friends and assemble your team! Team heats are NOT competitive. Team’s will receive a finishing time only for fun\, no prizes are awarded in the team heats. \n​JUNIOR: The Jr.MudDare is run on a smaller\, separate course than the TugMudDare. Grab your friends and family and come celebrate the end of summer the best way we know how\, with bacon! Presale tickets are no longer available. Tickets will be $15 at the gate. Children ages 6-12 will be $5 at the gate\, ages 5 and under are free! Each paid entry will receive one drink or bacon app of your choosing\, as well as a raffle ticket for items from our vendors and Snow Ridge!
